Thought we would send you a note to thank you for all your expertise in selling our Mt. Gravatt East property.

We can't thank you enough for your commitment to selling our property and your preparedness to venture out regardless of what time of the day or night it was to show clients through.

It was a pleasure to deal with you - in fact it was more like dealing with a friend than doing a business dealing. The fact you give 110% to your job shows and we really appreciated your professionalism and interest in presenting our home to its full potential.

Your knowledge of the local area is vast and coupled with your real estate ability, it can only lead to a winning combination.

As you know, we have recommended you to other, one of whom has already placed her family's home in your capable hands and the other who will be listing in the near future.

Having lived in Mt Gravatt East I was familiar with you advertising and was pleased when you agreed to be my agent.
