I began my career in real estate working as a personal assistant for a sales consultant. This gave me a lot of experience and an overview of the industry.  I loved it so much that I decided to take the step and go into sales myself.

I have now been working in the industry for 4 yrs, and have been in the top 200 sales people for Qld consistantly and I received an award for being in the top 10 sales people within Ray White on the south side. For 2007, my results are purely a reflection of how much I love my job and strive to acheive the best results for my clients. I was awarded no.2 Salesperson within our office for settled sales and number of deals.


I am thoroughly enjoying being part of a fantastic team within the office here in Mt Gravatt.  I am passionate about my job as I love meeting new people and helping them to obtain the best possible outcome for the sale of their property.


Because I have lived in Mt Gravatt/Wishart for several years I am very familiar with the market and I very much enjoy living and working in the same area.  I attend a local church and my boys have both attended local schools in the area.


I previously worked in the banking industry and because of that my philosophy is to provide my clients with the highest level of service by listening to their needs and performing my job to the utmost to provide that exceptional service.

“Helen Telfer stands out head and shoulders above them all. How do we know this, because we went through 3, listed with one and after being disillusioned and left thinking ‘are these real-estate agents selling agents or buyers agents? ‘, we decided to do our homework and then interview them.
