We would like to thank you for the unbelievable service we received from you in the sale of 40 Bentley Court, Mansfield and the purchase of 7 Menkira Street, Mansfield.

We were impressed from your first visit where you were totally prepared to the settlement date of both properties. Your advice was always spot on and your knowledge of the area is outstanding.

We haven’t received better service from anyone. You followed up on everything, you were always on time for house opens, you were optimistic and realistic, you were kind and caring and above all extremely professional. You work together so well and it really shows and on both settlements you contacted us before the settlement agent.

You committed to a follow up email every week and you provided this, even after we sold the house. You also qualified all prospective buyers and we didn’t see this in the many other home opens we attended. You proved to be great negotiators too and we would recommend you to anyone considering selling their house.

Dear Maree and Ken,
Wow - What a ride. It started with a flyer in our Watford Street letter box offering a free appraisal. Free - why not? Arrangements were made and we were surprised at the portfolio you presented on your arrival. After an inspection of the property you gave what you termed "a realistic valuation" of what we could expect on sale. We could contact you if and when we were ready to put the property on the market.
Not long after, an opportunity presented itself and we approached you on Wednesday 13th January making an appointment for 10.30am at which we signed the sale agreement. The property was on the web that night and you reported the next day of considerable interest. At our meeting you had suggested a price well above the "realistic valuation" figure. arrangements were made for "open house " on Saturday 16th January. You reported the progress each day.
Open house was to be between 1.00 and 1.30 pm. People began arriving at 12.40 and at 12.45 you asked if you could start to show them through. We went out the back door as buyers came in the front door.
At 5.00pm you reported to us that you had 7 expressions of interest one of which was considerably more thah the price asked which was above the original "realistic" price. Not only that, it was a cash sale and the buyer was prepared to forgo the "cooling off" period.
Right up until settlement on 15th February, you kept us fully informed of all that was happening and we could not be more pleased with the manner in which the sale of our property was handled. You have our sincere thanks and assurance that we are more than happy to recommend your service to any prospective client.

Many years ago I contacted Ken and Maree for a sale appraisal on my home.  I wasn't sure if I was ready to sell but I wanted to have an idea of what my house was worth.  They came out promptly and gave me a realistic appraisal of what my house was worth and backed this up by recent house sales in the area.   I called them every year for an appraisal and they continued to come out and never pressured us into putting our house on the market.  We finally found our dream home and needed to sell our house quickly.  Because we had such a great relationship with Ken and Maree they got our house on the market within 1 Day! Dear Maree and Ken,

Stuart and I want to sincerely thank you for all your fantastic efforts in selling our house at Vaucluse Place.  Your excellent communication was appreciated. The email and sms updates were very helpful as you know we can be hard to catch. Your follow-ups on each and every enquiry were brilliant, almost beyond the call.  We were almost embarrassed by the amount of free advertising you did on our behalf (twice).  Your patience with a couple of novices in the field of buying and selling real estate was commendable and your honest and frank advice and assessments were spot on the money (even if we didn’t always listen to them).

As you know, we soon commence building our dream home.  You will definitely be invited to the housewarming party.  Thank you for your references in finding our rental property in the meantime. Whilst we hope to stay in the dream house for many years to come, we hope when the time comes to sell that you are still around to assist again.  On your advice, we have a long driveway for the teenagers’ cars but we may want to downsize to escape adult children that do not leave home!

For anyone considering whether to use this real estate team I could not speak more highly of both of these people.

Firstly, let me say thank you for working so quickly with the sale of my property.  To have it under contract in three days is spectacular.  To have an offer $20 000 above the advertised price is incredible.  I had been expecting it to take around three weeks, and go for 300 to 310.  So, yes, I am very impressed.  Thank you.
