Dear Maree and Ken,

Stuart and I want to sincerely thank you for all your fantastic efforts in selling our house at Vaucluse Place.  Your excellent communication was appreciated. The email and sms updates were very helpful as you know we can be hard to catch. Your follow-ups on each and every enquiry were brilliant, almost beyond the call.  We were almost embarrassed by the amount of free advertising you did on our behalf (twice).  Your patience with a couple of novices in the field of buying and selling real estate was commendable and your honest and frank advice and assessments were spot on the money (even if we didn’t always listen to them).

As you know, we soon commence building our dream home.  You will definitely be invited to the housewarming party.  Thank you for your references in finding our rental property in the meantime. Whilst we hope to stay in the dream house for many years to come, we hope when the time comes to sell that you are still around to assist again.  On your advice, we have a long driveway for the teenagers’ cars but we may want to downsize to escape adult children that do not leave home!

We will be sure to recommend you to all our friends and family without hesitation.  Once again, thank you for all your efforts and the lovely gift to remember Vaucluse Place.

Thank you once again for another quick sale on our home.  You are both wonderful.
For anyone considering whether to use this real estate team I could not speak more highly of both of these people.
We have sold two houses in Mansfield in the last two year, both different styles and for a different buyers market.   Both properties were sold within days.  They are both very approachable and friendly people.  There professionalism and there knowledge of the local market is second to none.  Even know we had buyers immediately they kept working on the sale off our property as if it was unsold.  (Just incase).  They also gave us lots of tips for things we could do so to get the best price on open house day. Firstly, let me say thank you for working so quickly with the sale of my property.  To have it under contract in three days is spectacular.  To have an offer $20 000 above the advertised price is incredible.  I had been expecting it to take around three weeks, and go for 300 to 310.  So, yes, I am very impressed.  Thank you.

- 20k above asking price
