Samara Boman joined the Ray White Mt Gravatt Team in August 2004, which she started as an assistant to the Business Owners. Shortly after an opportunity arose allowing Samara to enter into the Property Management Department in a Senior Management Role. Samara is extremely dedicated to providing a consistent high level of service to her clients. Her main focus is communication and keeping her clients informed at all times throughout the letting process, along with achieving the maximum rental return for your Investment Property.

I just wanted to let you know that I have been more then impressed with her interaction, professionalism, attention to detail & management of my property. In case you didn't know I have recently received mountains of requests from your competitors to switch managing agents (due to recent tenant changes they noticed you had advertised the property for a new tenant and came after me requesting me to review my managing agent). I would have to say I have no intention of doing this, for you guys have really made me feel as if you are looking after my interests first, therefore never even considered it.
Samara has been updating me daily on issues and problems with the change of tenants and can only assume she shows the tenants the same attention and this is what I want most of all from my property manager.
You need to hang onto Samara for she is a gem. You guys have definitely lived up to your promises of attention to all your managed properties (regardless of where the landlord is based, which for me happens to be 1000 kms away in Sydney).
